The camp was a very special experience. Although I didn’t get the chance to touch the whales, seeing them up close was truly moving. I would love to visit again.
Gran opción para hacer un viaje ecofriendly sin sacrificar la comodidad que a veces resulta de este tipo de experiencias. El staff siempre estuvo atento y con la mejor actitud. La granja de ostiones fue nuestra favorita, definitivamente es un viaje en el que obtienes mucho conocimiento! Como feedback, en el segundo día llegó un grupo con 6 niños y al no haber paredes, escuchabamos todo el caos y nos hubiera gustado poder disfrutar más del sonido de la naturaleza, en especial para dormir. Creemos que podrian organizar mejor los grupos, sobre todo si vienen con niños pequeños.
It was an unforgettable experience with Akampa. The staff was exceptional—always attentive and genuinely caring about every detail. The food and service were outstanding. The tents deserve a special mention: incredibly comfortable beds and spacious setups that make desert camping feel effortless and luxurious. We also went out to sea and had the chance to see whales—an absolutely out-of-this-world experience. Everything you need is thoughtfully taken care of. I would highly recommend Bahía Magdalena Ocean Camp to anyone looking for a truly special adventure.
Experiencia increíble en Akampa. El safari de ballenas es espectacular y las vistas en Bahía Magdalena son impresionantes. Todo el staff es súper amable y cercano, realmente te hacen sentir bienvenida. Los guías son biólogos, y eso hace muchísima diferencia porque no solo ves las ballenas, entiendes lo que está pasando y aprendes muchísimo. Es un proyecto de turismo consciente, muy respetuoso con la naturaleza y que apoya a la comunidad local. Se siente súper auténtico. Definitivamente volvería.

Amazing location. Peacful Menal Detox. Saw the most spectacular mother and baby Humpback whales- having fun in the water. The staff is fun, helpful,amazing, knowledgeable. - Thank u-for making my Birthday -a weekend to remember. Food is yummy and non stop!- i put on wt!!! Would i come back--YES.
